Creative Composites Listed in Bio-Preferred Catalog

Creative Composites’ Acoustical Panel and Grease products were added to the USDA Bio-Preferred Catalog. We’ve been working with the Center for Industrial Research and Service (CIRAS), at Iowa State University, since May 2005 to incorporate some of our products in the Bio-Preferred Catalog. As new products are developed we will continue to work with CIRAS to include new products in the Bio-Preferred Catalog.

Positioned for Continued Growth

Creative Composites, Ltd. recently moved its manufacturing facility from Brooklyn to Clarksville, Iowa. This move will allow us to more rapidly meet our customers’ volume requirements. Contact us if you’d like to visit our new facility.

New Plant Manager

We’d like to welcome Ralph Scheidecker to our management team! Ralph has BS and MS degrees from ISU in Engineering and has over 30 years of development, manufacturing and management experience with senior management and executive background in operations. Ralph has 22 years experience with IBM, 3 years with Pemstar and 2 years with Hitachi. We believe that Ralph will be a tremendous asset to our manufacturing facility.

2007 News
2007 was a year of change for us. In order to facilitate continued growth, we decided to strategically separate our manufacturing and research & development operations. In June, 2007 we opened a research and development location in Ankeny. We also determined that we would need to move our manufacturing to a facility that would be more capable of growth. In November, 2007 we leased a manufacturing facility in Clarksville, Iowa. We spent the last quarter of 2007 training personnel and preparing for the move.

In December, 2007, we finalized negotiations to separate from Vibroacoustics Solutions, Inc. (VSI). While we were able to accomplish the goals set forth during the development process for the Small Business Innovation Research Program (SBIR) grants, our visions for Creative Composites’ future were different. Effective December 31, 2007, Ken Budke, DDS, is the new majority shareholder of Creative Composites, Ltd.
